These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the UrusMail service ('Service') available at urusmail.pro. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
UrusMail is a digital privacy and security tools platform that includes: • Temporary disposable email inboxes — each inbox is active for 5 minutes and accessible only via a unique cryptographic token. Only incoming mail is supported. • Password Generator — a tool for creating cryptographically strong passwords directly in your browser. • Data Breach Checker — checks an email address against known breach databases. • Photo EXIF Cleaner — removes metadata (GPS, device, date) from images. • Secret Notes — encrypted one-time notes that self-destruct after reading. • URL Scanner — checks URLs for phishing and malicious content.
2. Age Requirements
Use of the Service is permitted for individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their country of residence, if higher). By using the Service, you confirm compliance with this requirement.
3. Acceptable Use
The Service may be used for lawful purposes, including: • Receiving registration confirmation codes on third-party sites • Protecting your primary email address from spam • Generating strong passwords for personal accounts • Checking your own email addresses for data breaches • Removing metadata from personal photos before publishing • Sharing confidential information via one-time notes • Checking suspicious links before clicking
4. Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from using the Service to: • Send spam or unsolicited messages • Conduct phishing attacks, fraud, or deception of third parties • Distribute malware or malicious software • Gain unauthorized access to other systems or accounts • Check other people's email addresses without their consent • Scan URLs to bypass security systems • Violate the laws of any applicable jurisdiction • Circumvent access restrictions of other services • Automated use (bots, scrapers) without written permission
5. Privacy and Data
The Service is built with Privacy by Design principles. Mailboxes and their contents are destroyed after 5 minutes. Passwords are generated locally in the browser. EXIF data is processed locally. Secret notes are encrypted and deleted after reading. URLs and emails during checks are only passed to external APIs and are not stored by us. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. User Responsibility
The user is fully responsible for: • The legality of the purposes for which the Service is used • The content of messages received through temporary inboxes • The content of secret notes • The accuracy of data entered into the Service's tools UrusMail is not responsible for the actions of users who violate these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the design, software, logos, and other elements of the Service belong to UrusMail owners. Use of these materials without written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for: • Loss of data upon inbox or note expiration • Non-delivery of messages for technical reasons • Accuracy of breach check or URL scanner results • Damages caused by third parties through this Service • Losses arising from Service downtime
9. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to block or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at urusmail.pro/terms. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to UrusMail's operations. In case of disputes, users may contact admin@urusmail.pro.
